I like to use a blend of natural herbs, to brew up a tea before bed. This helps my muscles to relax and makes it a little bit easier to fall asleep, and stay asleep. The blend contains, lavender, scullcap and lemon balm.
I brew it up at night and drink it down about an hour before bed.
like i have time to consult my own personal health proffesional when i havent slept in 3days due to an extremely painful ear infection when theres school (social studies test) tomorow (or today as its 4am)? xD
