Hello my friend, I live in Brazil, I can not speak English, I used the google translator to type in, wanted to assemble a kit for my car, it could pass the measure as plate thickness, width, length, thickness of the sealing or mounting diagram, be very grateful, hugs, Amauri Correa da Fonseca. All the plates are now shorted together because the bolts are going through them.

No, I have nylon tubing over the bolts as insulation. God Bless.

What are you using for gasket material between the plates and where do you get it at?

It is called Hyzod HD. It is a glazing material rated at 800 F. I buy it from the company that cuts the plates for me. Unlike rubber type gaskets, you can torque these down as much as you need.
