The GT3B is an improved version of the GT3 V3 from FlySky. See my related posts in the bottom of this review. It uses the same receivers (RX) as the GT3 V3 as well. It finally features a backlit LCD screen, a must have for any radio in my opinion. I also like how the screen is on top instead of the side for easy access. It's no longer module based.

This is a quick review as well as show you how to bind and set the fail-safe on the GT3B.

Yes, it's the same is turning off the TX. If the RX senses it isn't talking to the TX anymore, it'll go to failsafe position.

Hay kenv98, I have a question to ask of you about this product. At this time I am having issues with my steering on my clod. I bind the tx to the rx like you did on this video. Is there something that I wrong? Now I did charge up the tx. Could my 3 cell lipo battery my have something to do with it?

What sort of issues? There is CH1-3. Is your steering servo plugged into the right channel?

@modernsniper95 traxxas products are made with waterproofing measures anyways. the receiver is sealed inside a waterproof case so its automatically waterproofed.

@nxcmka if you're running nitro/gas, your only battery would be the rx battery and if that dies then your failsafe wont have any power to work (only happen if you dont charge your battery between long run periods). if you're running electric, your car will stop anyways if your batt dies. Failsafe is just for if your kit gets outta range of your radio.

both of these controllers will shit all over a spektrum for long life. spectrum products are just junk that looks good
