I am making my cilantro lime vinegrette. I hope this will be the first of many cooking videos I hope to do.

Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tbls spoons white vinegar
2 tbls spoons rice vinegar
juice from one lime
1-2 garlic cloves
splash soy sauce (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Blend all ingredients in blender. Keeps in refrigerator for a few days.

Can be used as salad dressing, dip for veggies or bread, as a replacement for mayo in chicken salad or as a marinade.

Hope you enjoy!

  • Why can't you use the stems, especially since you are putting it in the blender. I use the stems when I chop cilantro to add to a salad. It seems a waste of money and nutrition to throw the stems away! I chop them small when I add them to salad.
