@cheerhempstead Even when just standing on the sidelines? Because its not where I live. You could just take off your warm-ups right before you stunt.

@cheerhempstead umm... you are both kind of wrong... it isn't illegal to wear warmups while cheering, but it IS illegal to have them on while stunting. just thought id clarify that! XD

@0oLindseyo0 it's not that the bases have to be strong. it's leg muscles that play the biggest part. try doing any of those stunts without bending your legs you would fail, and have a heart attack and/or have your heart attacked by someone's foot , hand, teeth or any other random body part that feels like hitting you.

@cheerhempstead yeah my school does the same thing. we have leggings cause even if it wasn't illegal in my state (which it is), they are just sooo much easier to move around in

my high schools first warm up we could not stunt in so we voted to get new ones so we could continue to stunt at cold games it is a rule on the material of the warm ups that are safe to stunt in

thanks! we wear leggings when the games start to get colder so we can still stunt. it is illegal if we have our warm-ups on.

@cheerhempstead um when you're at a game its not illegal to wear your warm ups cause you're not at a comp. i would know my team wears them when we stunts and i know lot of other schools that do to

it's illegal in our state. it might be different in yours.
