I just found you on youtube cuz I'm getting a bodybugg and been reading some reviews on it, etc. Watched a handful of your video blogs and really enjoyed them and your bodybugg info is helpful! Just thought I'd say hi. :) Keep up the good work and good luck with the sleep patterns, as I'm awful about them as well!

  • Aww Thanks, Your comment was very encouraging. I'm glad they where helpful I have to get back to doing them again ive been slacking a bit. I am doing better at my sleep patterns its a endless battle i guess. Thanks for your comment. I think you'll really like the body bugg. I'd really recomend getting the display watch/clip to go with it. and the coaching session really helps. I hope to hear more about how your doing with it later. Have a great Christmas.

  • good idea I am on day three of my body bug. So I am learning the ropes.

  • Thanks for the tips Damion.. I need to make my smoothies again i haven't in awhile :o) I"m unconfortable in crowds as well. I'll let you know how the coaching goes :)

  • you can trust the bodybugg as a guide..but it only works best when your eating is in check. please keep in touch i want to make sure you're doing well. maybe you can try smoothies to try and up your calories a bit. let us know how your session with the coach goes.

  • I hope things get back to normal for yeah. I know its so easy for the hours to get away from you and you look outside and you see the sun rising. I'm really trying to get a hold on that this week! I don't like shopping either - so lucky I don't have any to do this year! I get so nervous in crowds! Do a picture if you want to but its going to be here for everyone to see...I don't think it will attract creepers.
