Interesting to hear them trying to find their identity as a band after the dissolution of The Tourists and with all the Krautrock guests. Some good stuff here, though I can see why it was never a hit. They needed to spend a year experimenting in their own studio to find a sound that was truly theirs, yet sellable to everybody. Sweet dreams were not made of this yet!
This would be the last Eurythmics album I would buy. The only songs that aren't weird are "Belinda" and "Never Gonna Cry Again". "Never Gonna Cry Again" is a little narcissistic anyway. I love the Eurythmics, but this is weird.
