Saginaw, Michigan was a very special place in the 1950s. We, along with Rudy Martinez, Question Mark's true name, were proud to be Mexican. After a performance one day in Flint, Michigan, Rudy actually changed his clothes and came out and sang. The song was titled "He's Got the Whole World in His Hand" and the audience loved it! We knew then that Rudy would grow up to be a singer. So when 96 Tears came out, it was the talk of the town.
