They are using vocal boxes similar to autotone. That's how they get that distorted guitar sound with delay and the Hammond B3 organ sound. Performers on "The Sing off" also use vocal boxes. This does not take away the fact that they are awesome musicians. As a professional musician I have a lot of respect for what these guys do. They are excellent!

@Lupara700335 I see the part and point you're making but I'm inclined to this it' due to delay or something because I've seen these guys in the street without any Mics or anything arounmd them at all and they can do aaalllllll this!! trust me, It's just ridiculous how good they are!!
