It doesn't matter what gender, age, race, culture, nationality, religion or sexuality a person is, this is TORTURE it should be outlawed and this law should be ENFORCED in every country in the world. It is not in any religious book, it is a misguided tradition and CAN be changed through informing and educating every single person in the world. It is not confined to Africa and third world countries either, it needs to stop, at whatever cost. <3

I can't agree more, FGM is a vile custom that needs to be uprooted. IT has nothing to do with any religion but She has more hate toward Islam and Muslims than the hate Nazis had for Semites. She can't distinguish between what is cultural and what is religious. She keeps making claims that the Qur’an sanctions FGM, and when repeatedly challenged to cite her sources, she brought none whatsoever. Pure hate and sordidness against Islam and Muslims.

Update. In California, Muslims and Jews succeeded in forcing a 2011 state law on region bans of medical practices, motivated to prevent and regulation of girl, but not boy, genital cutting.

May all mothers and women who don't oppose male circumcision and happily hand their boys to be tortured,may they have their breasts cut up and may they die the worst possible death.

@Leilazul Well said! Fuck this so called tradition. A decision that important should be left up the child when it's old enough to think clearly about the future implications of what circumcision means, & how harmful it is for both sexes.

They don't. Muslims have joined a lawsuit *against* the San Francisco proposal for banning routine male infant and minor circumcision.

The USA has absolutely no moral high ground here. We still routinely cut off part of the genitals of infant boys, with no medical indication.

I am for stopping ALL genital cutting of minors. They can choose for themselves when they are an adult.
