Heart of a lion-sensitivity of a poet

Nice interview. I met him at the plaque unveiling ceremony in Spain that he mentions, and was impressed by his friendliness, spirit and general positive view on life.  Sadly, I missed him on his last visit to Spain. I would have liked to tell him how much I enjoyed reading his memoirs.

THANK YOU for uploading this! I interviewed Alun one day over the phone and was a pen pal with him shortly before he died. Alun denied it but he's a true hero for serving in Spain as a "plain, straight forward anti-fascist." I love his response to being asked 'what's it like being 93?'!!!
