Are Dave Ramsey & Suse Orman Teaching Us to Be Rich?????

Trust me I believe in a strong foundation, but we have to mimic their behavior in order be really successful?

Somebody has to have a job, it makes the world go round. We gotta have nurses, firemen, plumbers, etc.

Dave Ramsey and susie orman both made their riches the same way RK did.....by selling an idea. I like DR's foundation. I have modified it, but I learned my principals from him. Its not a one size fits all thing, but definately a great foundation.

Love the post. I agree. The only thing I'd add is that Dave does encourage you to get out of your comfort zone, take risk, start a business, etc. He just doesn't advocate for it while getting out of debt, it's just too risky with a thin balance sheet. Point well taken. I hope to meet you on the golf course.

Daves plan gets you out of debt, keeps the sharks at bay and allows you to retire very comfortably. It doesn't make you rich, but it keeps you from being irresponsible and broke.

Don't know about Suzie.

Yes they sell material to educate you, but don't teachers deserve to be paid for their services? Either way I received my copy free and will (have) buy one for someone else when I see the opportunity to help someone as I was.

Dave & Suze do give great advice on how to get out of debt faster. If u follow what they say u will come out on top. But u are so right about a J.O.B. (just over broke). We were all told, go to school, get an education, get a good job. That doesn't work as well as it used to. We have to find other ways to earn income. Be a business owner. And I don't mean self-employed. There is a difference. U will reach your goal so much faster.

Wow. Dave ramseys plan is not the same as suzey orman.if you stop spending on eating out wheels tennis shoes dumb mess.will u be as rich as Dave rameys prob not? But with out debt u can save.this is why black people are so broke now.we act self defeated.what an ignorant statement.he teaches the plan but not how to get outta debt.pay your damn debt. @mohammedabshaun Dave's plan will make you rich if you fully the baby steps all the way thorough. after baby step 3 the wealth building begins. after saving for college and retirement he says to invest in good growth stock mutual funds
