  • @astoria1996 Research from the Clinical Journal of Sport Medicine examined 22 reports dealing with weight training protocols that were supervised and had low instructor participant ratios. Their findings suggest that weight training is relatively safe and does not negatively impact height, growth and maturation of pre and early pubertal youth.
