Here's my progress report after 32 total days of dieting.
26 total pounds lost
4.6% of my total body weight
2500 calories a day target goal
4280 BMR rate
2-3 workouts a week (1 hour in the pool)

  • @swankrecords Do you know what you are talking about? If you weigh this much heavy training will tear you down, not build you up. It's the same for the average person, too much exercise will break muscles down.

Honestly, I envy you because number one I can't lose more than 5 to 7 pounds a month and number two my cravings are stronger than me and I end up ruining my diet.
