i wish i could do thes workouts, I cant becaus of and pretty long time ago i got and knee injury and always i try to workout legs the knees hurts, and if i push my self and do it then i can bearly walk, i cant control my knees they are like in much pain and like jelly, but only a litle fatigue on leg muscles :D

i'm not convinced of number 3 and 6. those look like they could damage ur back.
i prefer the asian workout philosphy of getting used to certain circumstances.
like staying in a knee bent position for a period of time.

In the Marines you mostly wake up then run. Then you run some more. They you do sit ups and push ups. Then you run. And then you run more. Then you do pull ups. Then you run more.

marine workouts is suppose to be nothing but core strength workouts mostly... wtf is up with the weights?

Sure. I guess jumping is bad for your knees too. Only way to be safe is to sit on your ass all day.
