Many of your arguments are wrong. The worst being that your medical record contains insurance or payment information. That is actually done on purpose because you wouldn't want a doctor to be reluctant in recommending more expensive treatment if your med rec showed you were late on payments. If you didn't pay and a physician sued you in court. If billing was attached to your med rec than that would become public knowledge. If you don't believe me ask your physician for a copy of your records.

Forcing health insurance companies to cover the medical expences of a sick child is not my idea of fascism.

Please, look at Denmark for example, and see how many of their citizens hate their health care.

Our probem is that it didn't go far enough with a public option.

The funny thing about working in the public sector, politics or military or whatever, is that you have to take an oath to "uphold the Constitution of the United States of America," and "protect it from all enemies foreign and domestic." If you do the opposite, and blatently disobey the Constitution, you actually become a threat, or domestic enemy.
