For everyone who asks "can you change the voices to English to Japanese" and " is it all in Japanese?" Well yes you can change it to the Japanese voice and no It is not all in Japanese. Hoped this helped :)

@GTAwesomeIV You don't really need to know Japanese to understand if the voice fits or not. Goku's voice in Japanese is obviously high and child like, which makes me think that Goku's voice actor may be his voice actor from Dragon Ball, and they kept the voice actor who did kid Goku's voice, for the fans.
