PLDT myDSL Call Center Agent Curses at Caller. It was an ordinary day for Catherine Rossana (as she repeatedly said on the other end, as her real name) in her work as a customer service representative for PLDT myDSL. Then came Raul Bacaldo, who came a calling one day complaining that his DSL connection is still down after 2 days and he needs it badly for an iFreedom VOIP call to the US to finalize his itenerary for his trip to the US.

  • wala silang kasalanan!!!! mas puta ang pldt!!!! mga mukhang pera... pinapabayad ka ng walang dahilan!!! putang ina mga mukhang pera!!!

  • Less priority kasi ang Pldt pag hindi business plan ee, marketing strategy syempre. pag magkakaroon ng downtime ipapasa nila sa mga malilit ng plan lang. payaman ng payaman yung mayari BAD SERVICE naman ang NEGOSYO nya! sana bumigay ang PLDT par mashaken ang company na ayusin ang mga problemang ganito lalo na satin sya kumukuha ng kita nya residential or business customers man.

    cra k pla eh..nkkinig ka? once n ng wrk k as a col agent alm mu n mhba dpat pxnxa mu s kausap mu...evn tho minura k or d k minura maayos p rn ang pkkipagusap mu s caller mu..d kn nkpgpxnxa worst, ngmura p xa dun s caller nia...altho mali din un caller n c raul pinaka mali d2 c ms. rosana..qng d xa nagmura at ngpaxenxa p xa d aabot s gnitong uspan..then iiyak p xa..its all her fault...try to think 1st b4 u speak..ganun n nga kausap mu...ganun p ang ssvhn mu..lumala pa 2luy..

  • Loko pla yang si Raul ehh.... hindi marunong umintindi.... oo nga sila ang may rite pero hindi dapat sya nagalit dun sa call agent kasi hindi naman sya ang may kasalanan ehh... bkit?? kasi pwede naman syang magpaload para makatawag ahh... hay.... sanay sya sa trash talk

  • ung CSR d dumaan ng training!...lol....d marunong mag emphatize ung CSR at nagmura pa....tsk tsk tsk...POOR CALL HANDLING!.....ewan ko lng kung may QA ang taga DSL, parang wala yata eh.
