Antonio Lauro: El Marabino

This is a video we made to honor the great Venezuelan composer Antonio Lauro (August 3, 1917 - April 18, 1986).
El Marabino (a more common term is maracucho) refers to a native of Maracaibo, an important city where Lauro himself lived for a time.

Because of the noise from the water and speed-boats, I had to re-record the sound at home and put the sound over the take. I was looking at the clip and played it in front of my computer. Very difficult and annoying... Sorry. But if I didn't, you could only SEE me play and not HEAR it. :-)
