There is NO right or wrong. Only equality for all, you can do anything as longs as you don't infringe on the rights of other people. If you do infringe you shall be punished accordingly. He doesn't have to support the child, neither does the mother. Once/if born he/she can go to the state. However, next time his reproductive rights should be questioned. Humans cannot hatch out of eggs, it is impossible in today's world. END OF STORY.

Maybe I should be more clear..... a gun is a weapon designed expressively to kill. An abortion ends a potential life, a fetus which has not reached personhood. So no I don't think it's murder. If we ban abortion we must ban guns then according to you. Although guns kill people (yes GUNS kill people),abortions terminate would-be people.

No I do not presume a specific moral is universal but laws are based on some such premiss as right and wrong. If the father can not choose would you agree that he should not be forced to support the child if he so chooses? Legal definitions aside, if we were hatched out of eggs at what point would you consider it to be a person?

I'm sorry if any offense was taken by me assuming you might be a he. You said the sole use of a gun is to kill is that not the sole use of an abortion? A weapon is any object used to cause harm in certain respects words can be considered weapons. A toothbrush has been used to kill.

No you presume that morals are universal, they are not. That is why laws cannot be based on them, they have to treat everyone equally. A mother's health is superior to a fetuses because it has not reached personhood. The elderly person can choose what to do, they can donate if they want to or not....I don't see what is so morally challenging about that situation. A father may offer his opinion but it's the mother's choice ultimately, if her can persuade her then great.

I don't understand.....guns are completely unrelated to abortions. An abortion is not a weapon, simple as that. Everyday objects are not weapons, please explain.
