I have sleep paralysis since 14 years old, i'm almost 20 now..is that normal? why won't it go away? I do feel like dark presence, mostly i see demonic figures around me. People with SP said they have problem breathing like something is on t heir chest..I don't have that problem, my biggest problem was that someone is trying to suck out my soul. I need help... i've been pulled out of bed before... i hear foot steps...i feel someone pushing down on me... I hear their voices telling me that I have to do something for them..but they are not clear on what it is... I hear growls at night... my door opens..and a shadow walks in..and sits next to me.. its horrifying... I see everything...but I can't do anything about it.. it always happen between 2:00 - 3:30 am. how do I stop it?

@dopeboii7  At SSTT we are very informed and educated about this phenomena. We also trained people in our classes how to prevent SP attacks. It is a process as this will haunt you for a while and slowly these attacks will diminish. A person must be dedicated in their training to completely rid themselves of these attack; however, these attacks will stop!

Sleep paralysis is caused by Demons that send frequencies to your body to paralyze you. They feed of the negative energy/fear. The weird sensations and stuff during sleep paralysis is caused by the Demons feeding off of you. Many predatory animals send low frequencies to paralyze their prey. So with sleep paralysis you are the prey and the Demons are the predators.

ive had many experiances with sp. in my opinion its not a bad thing. Fear during the experiance makes it worse. usually when i get sp its occumpanied by out of body experiances. You can switch the sp into something differnt, you just have to remember your in control. Sleep paralysis is great tool for astral projection and obe's.

@dopeboii7 I know you wrote this a year ago. I lived in a "haunted" house and had painful SP frequently. Weird things were also happening in the house like seeing black shadows and strange footsteps and touches. I found that being firm and not being afraid helps the activities to lessen. During SP, I'd not fight but relaxed and think of loved ones who have passed and the paralysis stops. I'm not sure if ghosts are real. Maybe we'll find a scientific explaination someday.

you know whats funny ive had this happened to me 5 times when i was 6 first thing i remember is a dark figure standing outside my window and he would always scare the crap out of me and i barely knew what fear was but he showed it to me. the second thing is me outside my house and there are peopel who are trying to get me same outside house everything to even the stree sign was correct then i woke up never had it again after the 5th time I cried the 5th time cause it wouldnt stop.

it happened for me for 2 weeks evey night then i started to pray to God every night and nothing happened to me, too bad i was so tired i forgot to pray and woke up with a dam demon in my face >:( then it walked around my room slowly then disected me!

I have had sleep paralysis twice now..or so i think twice..once at my home..and once at my brothers while house sitting...the second time it occured i felt helpless and paralyzed and ic ould not move. i heard my self moaning for help and i felt my arm slowly drag up as if someone was picking it up...i am 22 yrs old! i was screaming for my father sleeping in the other room! i could not believe it...i woke up after a few seconds im guessing? i dont know excactly how long...
