How to kickflip.
-feet ollie position
-front foot in an angle
-pop the deck like an ollie
-flick out near the nose
-stay centered allowing the board to spin
-catch the board with your back foot
-land
-bend your knees to absorb the impact
-roll away
-look cool in front of your friends

every time i try to flick i kick down help me
(i can kickflip but it doesnt flick i just kickdown).

@conkers477 i understand. do a couple of ollies but pay attention to how your front foot goes upward. then just memorize that motion and try it in a kickflip position. ur going to flick down a couple times. but if u practice it that way ull get a flicking motion. when u get it just try to stay above it, practice it, then land it =]
