Seriously, Justin sucks balls. The way he's turtling throughout the fights have proven that he's a coward afraids of Daigo's offensive play. All he did is spamming jabs to charge up his super gauge before he start to do block-and-counter shit with supers. Daigo is the best.

No, Justin is really good, just Daigo is better at SF. And spamming jabs doesn't do anything to your meter in 3S.

Actually, mp,hp,mk and hk except lp and lk can charge up the meter in 3S. Although not much but Chunli's speed and quick recovery is good enough to charge the meter quickly. That's explained why Justin rapidly spamming b+hp when Daigo is not attacking him.
