Hailed as Nashvilles Most Eclectic Rock Band, Cheer Up Charlie Daniels roared onto the local rock scene in 2008, with robotically-themed stage shows and colorfully outlandish costuming. Frequent rotation at such Nashville hotspots as The Mercy Lounge and Exit/In have dramatically increased Cheer Up Charlie Daniels' rabid fan base.

Their debut album, Live in 79, skillfully weaves outrageous front-man Neil O'Neill's often playful, occasionally naughty, lyricism with Beatles-esque melodies to create a genre-bending auditory adventure. Live in 79 is energetic enough to get even a studiously jaded Nashville audience up and out of their seats.

Other recent accomplishments include their television broadcast premiere on MCA TV 9, winning The Deli's Band of the Month, and their long-awaited debut release via limited edition vinyl.
