JW PARADISE

I knocked on front doors and placed publications
making sure I filled up my time sheet.
Holding studies at night,
they all new me by sight,
carrying my big brief case and always dressed up real neat.

As a Pioneer I put in long hours,
working hard for all I was worth,
Not annointed but disjointed just a Jonadab
I was trying to secure my place in heaven on earth.
(in the)

chorus:
JW paradise
Not quite like heaven but almost as nice.
A beautiful garden that's a sight for sore eyes It's a JW paradise.

Then I got to thinkin' 'bout when we die
'cause we've got no soul or spirit ya see,
We just cease to exist
and heaven is missed
but if I'm gone how can Jehovah resurrect me?

Now any day this world's gonna blow up!
Armageddon is right at the door!
Then my sloppy carbon copy
will enjoy the reward
that I put in so many hours
working hard for!
(in the)

chorus:
JW paradise
Not quite like heaven but almost as nice.
A beautiful garden that's a sight for sore eyes It's a JW paradise.

QUESTION FOR JWs: How can that which no longer exists be resurrected? A wrecked car can be repaired and a condemned house rebuilt but a person who has CEASED to exist?

  • @Blogrich55 You demonstrate my point that you don't even properly understand Torah, for that matter, such simple 10 commandments that anyone can keep if they desire to. Nothing hard about them. Nothing hard about 'do not murder' or 'do not kidnap,' 'keep the Shabbat, etc. You can try this with someone who is as sinful as you are, but not with me. And I say this, because this is what you're saying; that you're in such a bad shape that you cannot even keep such easy 10 commandments.

  • @CamouflagedAgent I am afraid the one in huge trouble, friend, are those such as yourself who have become deluded into thinking they can manage to keep Jehovah's 10 commandments. These people do not understand the sinfulness of man. We sin every day in word, thought, or deed. No Christian wants to break God's holy laws but it is inevitable as long as we are in these mortal bodies.

People who believe like you pull God's commandments down to a level of easy compliance and are self deceived.

  • @youratm You're obviously in huge trouble if you cannot keep such ten simple commandments.

  • @CamouflagedAgent I do my best to Keep All 10..... But the JW does not....

No one can keep any of the commandments perfectly but the JW does not even try.

  • @Blogrich55 Sure. I'm quite certainly you do not understand Torah properly. There are 613 mitzvot (commandments), not just 10. The 10 are more like guide-lines. And the "theft" in the 10 mitzvot is actually "kid-napping" not normal theft which is found in the book of Leviticus. Now, I agree with you that no one can keep all the 613 mitzvot by himself or herself, not even Jesus since some mitzvot are only for females, males, farmers, lepers, etc. Jesus kept what was required of him to keep.

  • @CamouflagedAgent My friend, with all due respect, may I quote you on that? It is actually prompting me to do a video. Take care. I must disagree with you.

  • @Blogrich55 I strongly disagree with you there. The 10 commandments are extremely easy to keep.

  • @CamouflagedAgent Just believing in the Trinity doesn't mean a person is truly a Christian or born again. NO ONE can or does keep the 10 commandments. Only Jesus did. He perfectly obeyed God the Father's laws. He also died a death for the sins of His people. Many don't realize that not only is His death ours by faith but His life of perfect of obedience to God as well. His whole life is ours by faith. God the Father declares us righteous on the basis of what Christ did in His life and death.

  • @youratm No more than Trinitarians are lost. And I am suppose to believe that Trinitarians keep the 10 commandments? Thanks for the laugh.

  • @1689Baptist The song is definitely NOT in my key. I didn't want to screech like a tree toad LOL God bless you Jeff.
