  • Why call it an "airless sprayer" if it uses air to spray the paint? O_o Is it refering to the lack of a compressor?

  • An airless sprayer uses an electrically run hydraulic pump to move paint from a bucket or container, through a tube, into a high-pressure hose, to a spray gun, and, finally, to the surface. Once you get the knack of it, an airless sprayer is easy to use, but if you rent one, make sure you get a set of written instructions.

  • i hate when people bitch about peoples painting styles lol./ wrong angle... u cant paint sideways with the roller plus up and down... bullshit.. ... going up and down or side to side with the roller dosnt matter...; what matters is not cutting to many lines close together with the sprayer or roller cause gravity takes it slightly and it gets noticeably thick..and these painters always have time for touch ups

  • standard tip leaves a hard edge when dry on every spray stroke, and you can see it on an angle every time when light runs across the surface, i dont know why people use standard tips, maybe inside cupboards or cornice, but even then, still too much overspray, fine finish tips stop all this.

  • great vid

  • I feel sorry for that airless.. Its working to hard...

  • @CDCEquipmentHire, Well actually... no. The Pump itself has nothing to do with the " airless" It's called and "airless " Because there is no Air at the Tip end of the gun, conventional spray guns your air to atomize the paint, and "airless" forces paint through the tip of the gun causing the paint to atomize and form the fan. The pump may be and airless sparyer, running on A/C power. But its called an airless because of the gun

  • @theelinventore yeah but he needs to keep more distance to the wall
