Many people seem to take issue with the 11.5 hours but you have to realize researchers would include time spent on media in school (all computer use, videos watched, advanced calculators for math, etc.) and falling asleep to media (tv, radio, etc.)

I came here for english. Saying that teens use around 11.5 hours of technology a day is completely untrue. Some days I go the entire day without technology. Teens spend around 6.5 hours in school and about 8 hours sleeping. This does not even leave that much time!

The statistic that teens use about 11.5 hours of media time per day is completely and utterly wrong.
