I put trust in Dennis and he turned out to be worse than any judge! He is out for himself, no one else. Remember that. If he thinks he can make a buck off of you, it's all good to go. When the court date comes around for settlement, you never hear from him again as he gets paid off to keep silent.

An important part of a class action suit is of course people who have been wronged. Not one of the 1,190 poisened people in that town would come forward. The result is that the suit dies. I ended up $10,000 upside down. Your totally false, unfounded accusations are libelous. Take your fantasies somewhere else and get a life.

Excellent Video, In my case I developed PTSD due to a work injury that was denied medical treatment requested on my behalf from my physician. I was blatantly lied to by workers compensation employee and returned to work against my Doc's request which caused me critical injury and of course you guessed it, I was denied treatment all over again, I have had 15 appeals and am still being denied medical care requested on my behalf for treatment of 1 of my spinal injuries;

karin's book has been my lifeline during these past five years. I too tried to find Justice. Thank you for writting this and putting forth that which I feel every single day. I am just a mother of six children who used to believe in the system. I now know that justice will never find us, it only destroyed us. After 5 years our six children now think that our legal system destroyed their parents one painful deep cut at a time, until we finally bled to death in front of their little eyes.

My mom is suffering from legal abuse dealing with a case that should of been thrown out of court dating back in July of 2000. Until now, her lawyer drew up an abstract of Justice and claims 10,978.00 plus interest in his name. My mom paid his attorneys fees and now that we came in to some money he wants to claim it. Please help. Is there anyway we can reach Ms. Karen Huffer?

Since this video is almost three years old, I wonder whether Karen knows of a case in which the legal issue of whether a judge, can be deemed as performing a ministerial function while on the bench.

This lady talked about removing the system immunity. Well folks that is actually easy. Courts of inferior jurisdiction, anything short of a supreme court, have to be vested with authority. There are very specific elements and rule that make a court a court,and a judge a judge Without these elements these people are only common citizens and can be held accountable. If you study the law and demonstrate it , you can put the fear in these people. They can learn to act right.
