I've often wondered who would call the match when both wrestlers do not have the same first language? For example, would Hennig have had to learn key words or phrases in Japanese since he was a heel at the time? Do all Japanese wrestlers speak enough English to work with their American counterparts? Anyone know?

From stories I've heard from other wrestlers most Japanese wrestlers do know a little English. IDK about Hennig at this time but I'd imagine he knew enough Japanese to be able to get by.
