I happened to move to NY in 2003. I became a Yankee hater as I was a fan of the Stros and the Yankee arrogance made me sick. I WILL NEVER FORGET THE 2004 BOSTON RED SOX, and neither will anyone else. What a mark in history and the world. Unbelievable, God had to have been with that team. They lost 19-8 the last time they lost that year... it was 1918 since they last won a WS. A sign. On Mickey Mantle's birthday, number 7, the Sox won Game 7 and never looked back. Legend, right? ;)

okay all the yankee fans that think theyre sweet because theyve won 26 world series if the red sox had won 26 world series instead of the yankees u would all be boston fans and obviously ur team isnt invinsible like u think because the y may be the only team to win 26 titles but theyre also the only team to ever lose a series after being up 3-0

If anything Roger Clemens=racism because 1)NYC doesn't pick up black people in their cabs and 2)On April 4, 2006, Clemens made a "racially insensitive" remark when asked about the devotion of Japanese and South Korean fans during the World Baseball Classic: "None of the dry cleaners were open, they were all at the game, Japan and Korea."

Of course not! You never gave us the chance to relive the ectasy, by choking to Cleveland, instead. So, we had to rally from a 3-1 defecit against Cleveland, to win our second Pennant in 4 Years. And then, the World Series was ours.
