You might be able to find more info about the original footage ; Crossing The Line if you google Joel Guy, but from memory, last time I watched the movie, Yes it's Bruce on the sponge surfing an inlet where a river is rushing out to sea as the oppossing force of the sea rushes in. Cool eh ? Not too unlike some of the wave parks where you can surf the same artificial wave all day long.

The name of that song is 'Stand Up' by a popular Australian band JET. If you watch closely you'll notice Bruce is riding an Esky lid when I cued the chorus to sing 'Stand Up !'

I've been living in Indo for the last 20 years. I'm no expert on surfing, but as far as islands go, we are an archipelago with over 2000 islands and some of the world's best waves in Nias. Does that qualify ?
