Thank you so much for explaining this slowly and clearly. And you also explained what a short row is. Often simple "given" information is not explained assuming we already know this. But for newer knitters, assuming nothing is known is extremely helpful! Thank you! Now I can go jump in to my project with more confidence. :)

I love your videos, they are cler and concise, especially for new sock knitters! I hve been doing the short row garter heel for about 12 pairs now and love it. Have recommended it to everyone in my knitting group. I especially like the new revisions..no adding stitches when beginning the heel. Some of the group was wonderig if you would create a new video using the wrap and turn method for a regular looking heel,(knit and purl)? Would you add any stitches to the start of the decrease?

I have spent the whole night looking for a video which actually explains this in a non patronising and helpful way. This is the best video and explanation i have came across - thank you so much. You should make many more videos and your ability to convey a message in a really clear manner is just perfect.
