The condos in that neighborhood are THAT close together, and nobody saw, or heard ANYTHING? I can hear neighbor children that are three blocks away from my house. Neighbors were either scared or indifferent.

This was filmed in April of 1997. We had the same experience with the Rockingham Estate.
