On minute 3:35 Kageyama san says "Ok guitar, Matsuo" ( Matsuo Yoiichi, electric guitarist from Kageyama's band Broadway ) not "One more time, wait for it". You mistake MATSU ( "to wait" in japanese) with MATSUO . Kageyama san usually introduces Matsuo Yoiichi at guitar solos. Sometimes he says "Ma-chan" a friendly version of Matsuo san.
