Scanner Audio: Mill Creek Police Department Stolen Vehicle Dumped, Foot Chase/Search, 2 in Custody

The info of the video pretty much explains the whole thing that I'll probably won't explain again here. Mill Creek Police Department was trailing behind a stolen vehicle with 2 suspects inside. FYI: This literally happened right across my neighborhood, but due to so many police vehicles in my area, including one blocking my col-de-sac, I was unable to venture out with the suspect in the loose.

@spectra911 No problem. Actually, the crime scene is just about 500 feet away from where I lived at. I was considering to venture out to film, but due to the suspect on the loose, large number of PD vehicles, and not to mention that I got a cold, I decided to stay back and listen to the scanner.
