can you tell me the mixture you used, im having trouble getting my bread right :)

Oh..OH!!! Either he had too much water or he set the timer slightly wrongly.... whichever, he should next go get a meat/cheese slicer (professional models) to last a lifetime as a companion for the Panasonic. i have two since I started baking my own nutritional farmers brown bread and after 6 years, it still is slicing neatly and don't use it for anything else, one for bread only the other... do whatever you want but use the main machine ONLY for breads.... Enjoy the baking and the cut esp. ;)
