Thanks, I've known about you for many years; I was stationed in Oki, and lived there from 1990-96...Wade Chroninger and I were in the same unit (18th CES) and I believe he's the one that first mentioned you.

It's never a good thing putting anything into the body specially a kama!! LOL! I've cut my finger using them....doing kata. Good luck in Okinawa....that's where I live..and have my Karate Dojo. See ya! Check out RONBONIX for all of my karate outings.

Yes they are! I have had plenty of dents in my feet over the yrs (too many) but still not as bad as sticking a kama in my thigh (did that ONCE in 1994- never told Takamiyagi Sensei about it though :-)
I'll be coming back to Oki for a few weeks in Feb- hopefully I wont stick myself with anything!

The Sai's are very dangerous weapons and even with super control accidents are very common and painful. Thanks for watching and good luck in the future. See ya!
