A short movie made from photos taken from my brother's camera while stranded at Tire Boy. The cars were hoisted up, yet still the flood waters reached them. All the customers and employees rushed to the second floor of the building.

@mikedyoboyone u cannot really blame the dam management because they are just following protocols. And their protocol states that they cannot make their dam spill over or else it would result in grave danger. Why? it will risk the whole dam to be damaged hence releasing all of it's water. During these times of Ondoy. My father works at ipo dam, believe it or not, they only release 5% of its capacity so to not risk any damage to the dam. It'll be worse if dams were totally got destroyed

kaya biglang taas ng tubig kc pinakawalan nila ung DAM!!! kaya ang tubig biglang taas dapat kasohan ung kung sino man ung nagmamay ari nun DAM na un kunwari meralco kasohan dapat madalas kc meralco rin mga nagkokontrol sa mga DAM kc nakakakuha din ng tubig dun....pero pero ang iniisip ng taong bayan nature ang bahang un!!!!
