Pole Dance ~ Born to Run

One of my absolute favorite songs of all times! This song was soooo much fun to dance to but I will say it took a few try's to get it exactly as is! There were quite a few points in the song that I was trying to line up with moves exactly so it was a bit of a challange to get them all in exactly as I wanted them - the most trying was the half way point, slowing down the superman/dove rotation until the "lul" right before the countdown in the music so that on the count of #4 I had lifted up from the air shoulder mount & landed it. OH! I will say this... It would have been so easy to just make into 2 parts or change up what I had planned to do, but then it wouldn't have been as much fun or rewarding! I wanted to do this all in one take even if it took a few takes to get it just right :-) By the time I got everything as I wanted it I was surely out of strength ~lol :-)) Enjoy! ***I do NOT claim any rights to this song nor am I making any financial gain from its use***

Looking great as always what type of pole are you using I order a spinning pole from ebay & it barely spins you have to tighten up every time, I would like to know the brand that you think is best. Have a wonderful Merry Christmas & A Happy New Years thanks for sharing your talent makes beginners like me feel encourage to go for it;)

@uniquelyvixenuri Thankyou sweetie :-)) This is a 45 ml xpert xpole, from xpole of course- you can go to their website at xpoleus.com I got the 45ml because I have small hands, but they do come in the traditional 50ml. This one can be on spin or static & changes in less then a second & is solid once you put it on static it doesnt move one millimeter! I think with shipping it was around $350 or so.
