BART/Muni Coupon Rejected AT&T Park (7/18/08)

After I complained on my blog: http://www.akit.org about Muni's policy that they do not accept MUNI to BART discount tickets to return home from AT&T Park (ONLY; it is still OK to use in other places in SF) to a BART station and saves people 25 cents; it grabbed the attention of Phil Bronstein of the SF Chronicle.

He contacted the Muni representative, and they promised that it would be fixed by the next homestand (7/18/08), it turned out that they broke their promise because I went to that game and I was not given the discount.

As proof to show to anyone, including Muni and Giants Management officials, this was recorded at approximately 5:15PM at the Muni ticket vendor booth at AT&T park. Muni passengers using the service after the game must prepay before the game or after the 6th inning. No tickets or fares accepted when lining up to get aboard the metro.

Coupon machine was recorded at Montgomery BART at about 4:15PM the same day.
