People keep looking for the door in the wall. Actually, the door IS the wall. You keep hitting the wall hard enough until "you" give up, and that's the door.
No orange robe, funny hat, long beard, inscrutable Sanskrit, foot-kissing acolytes, or dried up old guy talking about the astral planes. Just a funny guy who got it and who talks straight.
I downloaded several of Paul Hedderman's MP3 talks from his website last week. The wonderful thing about hearing this variety of speakers is they all have a slightly different approach and language re: the same topic. Paul Hedderman, in particular, was a huge voice for me to hear. Thanks Paul, you rock. (and to Richard again for doing this!)
I love this guy !

Just 'drop' and sense.....feel, notice your Inner Energy Body...inner energy field...feel, notice the whole energy field of your self.
Let the mind do whatever it wants...in fact appreciate the mind.
Done.

@cybervigilante Like everything, "almost " seems to be the closest "you" can get.

Paul is certainly a clear voice.

Almost makes you think you can do it yourself ;')
