    Maybe Triple is not the right word for this pirouette.

    I got what you mean with triple, now!

    We should create a notation to waist based poi spin and shoulder or head or anywhere else.

    like: 1.5 waist based pirouette + 1.5 shoulder.

    I'd call them 540 pirouettes,

    done low and high.

  • It can be triple, if you're travelling in one line, in the same direction all the way (one foot turn with low, other foot turn with high pirouette).
