How To: General Vezax (Hard Mode)

Alright healers having mana to heal is the big issue on this so I'll explain that first:

Paladins: stack int like a motherfucker, spiritual attunement and judgement of the wise will get you mana back still

Druids: Lifeblooms while standing in shadow crashes

Priests: Go Disc and just spam shields in shadow crashes.

Shamans: spec enhancement, use improved stormstrike and you'll pretty much never run out of mana.

We 3 healed it in this video, but this last week we 2healed it with a priest and druid. So once you get used to it and do it a couple times it gets considerably easier (obviously lol).

But yea: dodge your basic things like shadow crashes and get the fuck away if you get life leech (mark of the faceless) so you dont spam heal the boss.

We use a DK to tank him so he can Icebound fortitude through his "surge of darkness", any other tank should have a cooldown rotation worked out with the healers. All ranged dps make sure you stand in the goo that the shadow crash leaves as it increases you magical damage by 100% (pretty much wait to dps till your in one).

He will also cast "searing flames" every 12 seconds or so that MUST be kicked, does large damage to the entire raid as well as reducing armor by 75%

4 minutes into the fight, and if you havn't killed a single saronite vapor they will all spawn into an "animus". Vezax will go immune and the animus is IMMUNE TO TAUNT, so do not DPS till your tank gets it. We have our DK drop death and decay to get the innitial aggro, then we pop heroisms and just burn him down. Once the add is dead quickly finish off vezax and HUZZAH! ya did it.

He will not cast searing flames when he goes immune, so your interupter can switch to the animus.

Then you don't trigger hard mode, you don't fight the animus and the fight goes on as normal. When you down the vapors you get a puddle that you regain mana in if you stand in it.
