ACS Presidential Video Challenge: A case of vandalism has occurred in the Coral Park Elementary School where a mysterious white powder was thrown in several areas of the premise, including the cafeteria and the school clinic. There have been no suspects named or no witnesses at the scene at the time of the crime. The only piece of physical evidence collected was a hammer with white powder at the head. While the CSI Teams tries to find out what this powder is, they come to find out that it is just Alka-Seltzer and the vandalism was caused by a curious child who just learned about the reaction of Alka-Seltzer with water from the BBC Science Club hands-on demonstration. The Alka-Seltzer experiment is used to explain the concept of physical and chemical change of matter to young children.
