People can talk shit about "Hair Metal" all they want. Bands like Skid Row, Quiet Riot, Twisted Sister, Motley Crue and the newly born Steel Panther rule. At least they can play their instuments, sing and write fun lyrics too.

Yep... honestly, Satch can play VH stuff note-for-note better than Eddie at this point, but you're right - Eddie is the master cuz he wrote all the stuff and invented his playing.
But the reason Satchel plays this Eddie stuff so well is because he was in a VH tribute band before Steel Panther called "Atomic Punks". His accuracy to the studio versions of VH was unreal. I saw them a few times here in Phoenix.
