Excerpt from the historical documentary A History of the Royal Navy's Coastal Forces on the surrender of the German E Boat force to the Royal Navy. E Boats and british MTB's and MGB's never saw each other, they only fought at night at high speed (usually 40 knots +) in pitch darkness. The surrender was the first time anyone had actually seen an E Boat in daylight. Nonee were ever caaptured during the war and they were a deadly enemy to the Coastal Forces defending Britain's coastline. Original photographs and interviews with veterans who were there at this moment in history. Full dvd available www.rostand.co.uk
