This interactive video takes the viewer to what one may experience during a weekend canoe trip in the Canoe Lake area of Algonquin. We briefly visit the old logging town of Mowat and the original grave site of famed Canadian artist Tom Thomson, ponder upon his life and the mystery surrounding his death in 1917. In another location on the lake, we see his cairn and totem pole with a clickable link where you can view his renderings of nature landscape paintings and portraits. Also much wildlife along the way. Paddling north to the Joe Lake Cliffs for airborne adventure. Set up camp and exploring life in the forests, waters and sky that surround. Relaxing by crackling fire in the eve of a song sung night. This is the land of the wild and free, where the heart beats to the rhythm of a timeless loom.
