Note: There was a small bug when Hamilton Temple entered the house, as you can see in the Video he turned around suddenly to look at the door because in the original script the door slam shut behind him, this was either scratched or not added in the release version.

I heard the actor who played Stauf was actually a history teacher in real life. Sometimes he does the voice to freak people out.

@Treehugga18 The game doesn't flat out say, but in the doll room, they mention that the dolls ARE the children. If I were to guess - I would say the dolls stole the souls of the children, causing their bodies to die. Stauf basically had made a deal with the devil to collect a certain number of souls and your character (the boy), is the final soul he needs to complete the bargain. Since it doesn't flat out tell you, this is merely my interpertation.
