TIM NESS Exposed part 1

Roger Sanchez, complains to Mayor Larry Lavagnino, that his Over paid City manager, Tim Ness is having SEX with Mrs. Sanchez in City Hall, in Mayors Chair, late at night, and attempts to play a phone recording of Ness leaving messages at Sanchez home. which is and was illegal use of Government Property for personal pleasure and should have resulted in immediate Firing of City Manager, Tim Ness, but our corrupt City council and Mayor did NO INVESTIGATION... this is the City Council meeting where Roger outed Tim Ness, and after this Mayor Larry Lav. installed a Cut off Switch to the Audio mic so listeners watching at home on TV can
NOT hear what the MAYOR does NOT what broadcast.

Well - while it is true that Roger has moved on with his life, he does in fact still have the recording. He was recently contacted by Sgt. Greg Carroll of the SMPD who is suing Ness & Macagni for repeatedly being passed over for promotion. When Sterling was being railroaded, Carroll (then president of the Police Officer's Association) knew Roger had the audio and asked if he would come to the council meeting. Carroll was told that he would "never be promoted" as long as Ness was in office

Someone just forwarded this to me. Okay - weird. Would have loved to have had the camera on Ness to watch him squirm. Why wasn't Ness fired? Is this/was this this part of a TV show? Who was the Police Chief when this event occurred?

Sanchez should have filed a lawsuit against the City and Mayor for infringing on his first amendment rights. Glad I don't pay attention to local politics. I'd have a perpetual headache.

What was on the audio tape... was well known voice of Tim Ness, leaving a Love message for Roger Sanchez's wife. TIM NESS should have been fired. but was not. John Sterling was the Chief who had been fired by TIM NESS,

Chief Dan Mc had just been appointed. Audience was full

of angry S.M. cops who liked Chief Sterling.

Holy frijoles! Could our silly counsil get any wierder? I've been to a few meetings and that Nessy Monster just stares at the pretty girls I think he finds one blond who sometimes speaks perticually attractive - I've noticed him stariring (yah she's beautiful alright and she no doubt has brains) what a slime ball. God help his wife and family.; did Ness' wife forgive him? No wonder the counsil cant do anything for the City; theres too much coruption in Santa Maria.

And I know this because I am the current Mrs. Sanchez and understand that this was quite the public scandal before I moved here. To answer other questions - Ness was then & still is married with children. Mrs. Ness WELL AWARE of his horn dog ways but chooses to stay with him. Is the affair continuing to this day? Very possibly so although denial is strong. Ness unfortunately appears to be the Teflon Don of Santa Maria.@Juliesacks

williamwagener, I dare you... I double dare you to bring this matter before CC again. I'm sure not many people in Santa Maria know about this, especially if they didn't attend the CC meeting and don't (or didn't) watch the show. Time to fire all these clowns. A recall?.

BTW, isn't the cut-off switch the Mayor had installed illegal? Has someone mentioned this cut-off switch at a city council meeting? This whole thing smacks of corruption.
