These six Mesonauta sp. came to me at the end of 2007 as 1" wild-caught juveniles. They are being grown out in a bare-bottom tank but will eventually end up in a sand/driftwood setup.
I am not entirely sure. They came from Jeff Rapps at Tangled Up in Cichlids who had them listed as Mesonauta acora. According to an article I read, M. acora come from the Rio Xingu, Rio Tocantins and Rio Araguaia in Brazil.
Where are they from, which country ?
